Sodexo is seeking an entry-level Kitchen Supervisor for its School Services segment at Springfield Public Schools (SPS). The Kitchen Supervisor’s primary focus will be on engaging students and increasing participation in school meal programs. Working as a 2-person team with a Field Marketing Specialist, the individual will improve the students’ meal experience working with staff to improve food production, quality, and customer service skills. This position will also drive and improve food and physical safety programs. This position requires hands-on food production and service expertise with the ability to train and direct staff using a team approach. This position will report to the Marketing & Community Relations Director and receive support in all facets of K-12 school operations food service.
Data Analyst / Senior Clerk
Sodexo is seeking an entry-level Senior Clerical - Data Analyst for its School Services segment at Springfield Public Schools (SPS). Performs routine assignments. Supports the unit’s standardized reporting suite of foodservice software through hands-on analytical, reporting and administrative needs including, but not limited to, business review preparation and ad-hoc analysis. Creates an environment that encourages and facilitates knowledge sharing of transferable skills to managers/staff. Prioritizes the reporting software key financial data points, converting appropriate analysis into standardized enterprise views (i.e. dashboards, reports, etc.). Has conceptual knowledge of theories, foodservice software practices and procedures usually acquired through higher or specialized education at the college/university level or through equivalent work experience. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
